Gabriella Vovk - Undergraduate with Scout Leadership Experience
A psychology student at the University of Arizona, Gabriella Vovk has interests in chemical psychology, personality disorders, and depression and its treatment. She is also interested in the techniques of addressing mental health needs within clinical settings. Gabriella Vovk’s past work experience includes managing front desks at campus residence halls. As a community assistant, she helped provide a positive living environment and ensured efficient operations.
Gabi Vovk has also gained experience shadowing professionals at Harcros Laboratories, observing chemists and gaining insight into chemical analysis and experimentation techniques. She has earned academic scholarships from UNICO (an Italian-American service organization) and the Wabash CannonBall scholarship from a college alumni association. Proficient in data analysis and technology, Gabi Vovk is also a Seal of Biliteracy recipient with a strong working knowledge of Spanish.
Ms. Vovk earned Bronze and Silver Awards with the Girl Scouts of America, reflecting her commitment to community engagement. She has served as a camp counselor, emphasizing values of teamwork and personal growth as she mentored younger scouts. Her personal interests include music, arts and crafts, travel, painting, and swimming.
